Is Snapsure only an inspection app?
No. Snapsure is broader property capture software that connects inspection reports, Healthy Homes compliance evidence and property listing content through the same capture tools and connected property record.
Does Snapsure replace a qualified Healthy Homes assessor?
No. Snapsure guides an assessment across the five Healthy Homes Standards, adds a separate smoke alarm check, organises supporting evidence and prepares a reviewable record. It does not replace professional certification, legal advice or qualified assessment where required. Refer to the official Healthy Homes information for landlords for current obligations.
Can it prepare an entire property listing?
Snapsure is designed to prepare editable titles, descriptions and feature lists, support photograph selection and provide reviewed image-improvement and virtual-staging workflows. Feature availability is confirmed as part of early-access onboarding.
What formats can Snapsure publish and export?
The planned output set includes branded A4 inspection and Healthy Homes PDFs, portal-ready listing copy, downloadable image packages, REAXML listing exports and CSV property records. Confirm the formats available in your early-access setup before relying on a specific export.
Which property platforms does Snapsure integrate with?
Rex CRM support is part of the planned agency workflow. MRI Palace and Re-Leased are being considered for later releases. Integration availability will be stated clearly before an agency or team begins using Snapsure.
What can I capture on site?
Snapsure is designed for high-resolution photographs, natural voice observations, manual text and video walkthroughs. Offline behaviour and device support will be confirmed for each early-access release.
Can a property team use Snapsure together?
Team plans are intended to support shared properties, role-based access, team records and selected branding options. User limits and available team features are confirmed during early-access onboarding.
How is property information protected?
Snapsure uses secure sign-in and access controls so users can access only their information or property data shared with an authorised team. Review the Privacy, Data and Responsible AI information for the current operating details.
