How Snapsure works
From property walkthrough to finished output.
Choose the job, capture the property with photos, voice or video, and let Snapsure organise the evidence. Review and edit everything before producing a signed inspection report, Healthy Homes self-assessment record or portal-ready listing package.
You stay in control of every final output
The complete workflow
Five clear steps. No recapturing or rekeying.
Snapsure follows the way property work actually happens, starting on site and ending with something useful.
Choose
Select an inspection, Healthy Homes self-assessment or property listing.
Capture
Use multiple photos, natural voice notes or a video walkthrough.
Structure
AI organises rooms, items, conditions, features and issues.
Review
Check, edit and approve the structured record.
Use
Sign, share or export the report, evidence record or listing package.
Step 1 · Choose the outcome
Start with the job you need to complete.
The workflow adjusts to the selected outcome, prompting for the right rooms, measurements, evidence and property details.
- Use inspection mode for entry, exit and routine condition reporting.
- Use Healthy Homes mode for a guided six-standard self-assessment.
- Use listing mode to create portal-ready copy, selected images and export files.
Property inspection
Editable condition records, maintenance priorities, signatures and comparison.
Healthy Homes evidence
Guided self-assessment across all six standards.
Property listing
Portal-aware copy, best shots, enhancement, staging and export.
Step 2 · Capture naturally
Walk through the property. Snapsure keeps up.
There is no need to stop and complete a long form in every room. Combine photos, natural speech, manual text and video in the way that suits the property.
- Take multiple photos per room when specific details matter.
- Speak naturally, preview the transcript, or use manual text when speech recognition is unavailable.
- Record a walkthrough, then choose the extracted frames you want analysed.
Snap
Capture multiple photos per room for condition, evidence or listing features.
Speak
Record natural observations or use text fallback, with the transcript shown before parsing.
Walk
Record a broader view, review extracted frames and send only your selections for analysis.
Step 3 · AI structures the capture
Raw property evidence becomes an organised record.
Snapsure analyses selected photos, transcripts and video frames, then maps the result to the chosen workflow.
- Identifies rooms, property items and visible features.
- Classifies inspection items as Good, Fair, Poor or Maintenance and assigns issue priority.
- Connects spoken or typed observations to the relevant room or item.
- Deduplicates video observations and keeps the more serious condition when results conflict.
“Extractor is working. There is some moisture damage beside the shower.”
Step 4 · Review and control
AI prepares the work. You approve the result.
Nothing is finalised unchecked. Review room records, edit item names, descriptions and conditions, confirm maintenance priorities and choose the evidence included in the output.
- Resume incomplete inspections and see missing rooms or evidence.
- Edit every AI-generated item, description and condition rating.
- Confirm maintenance priorities and Healthy Homes status by standard.
- Select the hero image, featured photos and wording used in listing exports.
Step 5 · Produce the output
One capture session. Three useful directions.
The structured record becomes an editable output you can sign, share, download or export in the format the job requires.

Why capture-first works
Less handling. Better property records.
Snapsure reduces the gaps between what happened at the property and what appears in the final document or listing.
Capture at the source
Record the detail while you are in the room, not from memory later.
Reuse the evidence
The same organised property record can support several outputs.
Keep human control
Review, edit and approve every AI-prepared result before use.
Build property history
Each visit adds to an organised record of condition, maintenance, evidence and change.
Snapsure supports professional judgement. It does not replace it.
Healthy Homes mode guides self-assessment and organises evidence, calculations and documentation, but does not replace professional certification or advice where required. AI-generated descriptions, condition ratings and listing content remain editable and should be reviewed before use.
