The complete workflow

Move from the property visit to a reviewable output in six clear steps.

Choose the job, capture the property, check what Snapsure prepares and produce the report, evidence record or listing package appropriate to your workflow. For a closer look at the early-access experience, explore the Snapsure product tour.

01

Choose

Select an inspection, Healthy Homes assessment or property listing.

02

Capture

Photograph, speak, type or record a video walkthrough.

03

Organise

Snapsure connects rooms, items, conditions, features and issues.

04

Improve

Improve images, prepare listing copy and stage selected rooms.

05

Review

Check, edit and approve the structured and improved result.

06

Use

Use the approved output in the formats available for your release.

Step 1 · Choose the outcome

Start with the job you need to complete.

Start with the outcome you need. Snapsure adapts the property setup, room structure, prompts and review steps to that workflow instead of forcing every visit into the same form.

Property inspection

Editable condition records, maintenance priorities, signatures and comparison.

Healthy Homes evidence

Five standards, smoke alarm checks, calculations and evidence.

Property listing

Editable copy, image selection and reviewed visual improvements.

Step 2 · Capture naturally

Capture property information naturally as you walk.

Move room by room without stopping to complete a long form. Snapsure brings photographs, spoken observations, manual notes and video together in a capture flow suited to the property and the person completing the visit.

  • Use the capture guidance available in your release to improve photographs while you are still in the room.
  • Speak naturally, review the transcript, or enter an item manually when speech is not practical.
  • Record video, review the sharpest extracted frames and choose the frames that should enter the property record.
  • Move forward or back, skip an empty room, monitor progress, and pause or resume the walkthrough. Offline support is confirmed for each early-access release.
Photo capture

Photograph

Capture multiple photos per room for condition, evidence or listing features.

Voice note · 00:18

Speak

Record natural observations or use text fallback, with the transcript shown before parsing.

Video recording

Record video

Record a full video walkthrough, review extracted frames and keep only the useful selections.

Step 3 · Organise the property record

Turn the capture into useful, structured property information.

Snapsure helps connect each photograph, selected video frame, spoken observation and note to the appropriate room, item or property feature. The resulting property record remains editable.

  • For inspections, it can suggest visible items, prepare condition details and separate possible maintenance issues for review.
  • For Healthy Homes, it connects photographs and notes to each standard and smoke alarm requirement.
  • For listings, it can suggest property features, help select strong images and prepare editable marketing content.
  • Everything remains linked to the correct room and property record.

Step 4 · Improve the content

Improve the listing before it goes to market.

For listing workflows, selected early-access features can improve images, prepare editable listing copy and virtually stage empty rooms before review. Original inspection and compliance evidence stays separate from altered marketing imagery.

  • Identify the strongest listing photographs and choose a proposed hero image.
  • Improve light, colour, balance and sharpness, with before-and-after review.
  • Prepare editable listing titles, descriptions, feature lists and price positioning.
  • Stage selected empty rooms using a choice of interior styles.
  • Review and approve every improved image, description and staged photograph before use.
Before and after

Enhance imagery

Improve light, colour, balance and sharpness across selected listing photos.

Editable listing copy

Prepare listing copy

Create editable titles, descriptions, features and price positioning for the target platform.

Virtual staging

Stage empty rooms

Furnish selected empty rooms digitally and review the result before use.

Step 5 · Review and control

Review and approve the structured result before use.

Nothing is finalised unchecked. In the property inspection app NZ workflow, the review step changes with the job, but every generated item, description, status, image and suggested action remains under user control. This keeps professional judgement visible before anything is signed, shared or exported.

  • Edit item names, descriptions, condition ratings and maintenance flags, or delete photographs that should not be used.
  • For routine and exit inspections, compare current and baseline photographs, review severity and accept or dismiss each change.
  • For compliance, review heating calculations, evidence completeness and the status of each standard plus smoke alarms.
  • For listings, compare enhancements, review virtual staging, select the hero image and featured photographs, and edit all marketing copy.
  • Confirm which extracted video frames and other evidence are included in the finished output.

01

Capture naturally

Photograph, record video, speak or type while the detail is directly in front of you.

02

Plan for property conditions

Device and offline support are confirmed for each early-access release before a property visit.

03

Keep human control

Review, edit and approve every prepared result before it is signed, shared or exported.

04

Protect property records

Secure sign-in and access controls support appropriate access to each property record.

Snapsure supports professional judgement. It does not replace it.

Within the property inspection app NZ workflow, compliance mode guides users through the five Healthy Homes Standards, records smoke alarms separately and organises evidence, calculations and documentation. New Zealand’s official Healthy Homes guidance remains the authoritative source for current requirements. Snapsure does not replace professional certification or advice where required. Generated descriptions, condition ratings and listing content remain editable and should be reviewed before use.
