03 · Inspect Mode

- Use consistent property item names: Keep rooms and items organised across entry, routine and exit inspections.
- Record condition clearly: Use Good, Fair, Poor or Damaged ratings with photographs and notes.
- Compare inspections: Review possible changes between earlier and current photographs before accepting or dismissing them.
- Separate maintenance actions: Keep repair and follow-up work distinct from the condition record.
- Prepare the report: Review a room-by-room report with photographs, condition details and maintenance priorities. Signing and PDF availability are confirmed for each release.
04 · Comply Mode
Work through the New Zealand Healthy Homes Standards.
Organise measurements, calculations, photographs and notes for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture, drainage and draught stopping, with smoke alarms documented separately. - Support heating checks: Record room measurements and review the prepared heating-capacity calculation for the main living area.
- Document insulation: Record insulation type, thickness, condition and coverage.
- Check ventilation: Document kitchen and bathroom extraction systems and openable windows.
- Record moisture and drainage evidence: Capture ground-moisture barriers, drainage, gutters and downpipes.
- Complete the remaining checks: Record draught stopping and smoke alarm locations, condition and test status.
05 · List Mode
Prepare a stronger property listing package.
Use the same property record to prepare editable marketing copy, select suitable photographs and review improved or virtually staged imagery. Feature and export availability is confirmed during early-access onboarding. Explore the real estate listing software workflow.
- Select the strongest photographs: Identify the best images and choose a proposed hero image.
- Improve selected images: Adjust light, colour, balance and sharpness with before-and-after review.
- Prepare editable listing copy: Prepare titles, descriptions and feature lists for review against the intended channel.
- Stage empty rooms: Furnish selected spaces digitally using a choice of interior styles.
- Prepare the reviewed package: Planned outputs include named photograph downloads and REAXML. Rex CRM support is planned.
06 · Document Generation
Review first, then use the approved output.
Every prepared result stays editable. Check the report, evidence record, images or listing content before using the output and sharing options available in your early-access release.
- Prepare professional documents: Bring reviewed inspection and Healthy Homes information into a consistent document structure.
- Approve before sharing: Keep user review visible before a report or listing package is used.
- Confirm formats and connections: PDF, CSV and REAXML outputs are planned. Rex CRM support is planned for the agency workflow.
